Temperature factor annotation row has 'null' pdb id when phyre2 model imported to Jalview

Additional issue after resolving JAL-2135.

Import a Phyre2 model (e.g. the one attacched to JAL-2135) when 'add secondary structure' and 'add temperature factor' are enabled on structure import preferences. Mousing over the temperature factor's label shows 'null' for the name of the PDB file that the data was extracted from.
