properly version verified uniprot IDs for sequences

      Description

      The uniprot client currently assigns '0' as the version for a uniprot ID, which means that any other data source generating uniprot IDs for that sequence will result in the ID being 'promoted' (due to JAL-2210). Ideally, the uniprot ID should be assigned the version from the uniprot XML record it was verified against.
