variants missing on transcript CDS|seq in cDNA/Product view

1. Fetch the example ID for Ensembl and show Uniprot crossreferences.
2. Scroll to C-terminus of protein alignment - some ensembl transcript CDS sequences do not have variant annotation.

Last variant shown on any ens transcript CDS sequence is pSer213Asn, but only on one transcript. Variants are not transferred to some exons prior to this on the other transcripts.
