Pfam format parser will strip leading spaces from sequences where space is used as a gap character

JAL-2175 knock-on - Pfam roundtripping fix means that leading whitespace is stripped from sequence data when text parsed by the Pfam parser.

As a result, importing the following Pfam alignment removes the gap in sequence a:
