Description
Many of the database fetchers generate sequences with long, unwieldly sequence IDs like 'dbname|acc1|acc2|...'.
Ideally, sequences returned from a database should be minimally unique for that database (e.g. 1xyz|A for chain a of pdb:1xyz .. or even 1xyzA - since Jalview copes with id+chainCode in PDB ID resolution).
