User control to 'unhide' columns [not] containing a feature

      Description

      JAL-2092 describes a context menu option to hide columns containing, or not containing, a selected feature. An option to unhide could also be useful but needs some UI and implementation design thought.
      e.g. UI:
      - add to Feature Settings context menu or place elsewhere?
      - as additional menu options, or make 'hide' a checkbox or dynamically toggling option?
      Implementation:
      - awkward to handle selecting potentially both visible and hidden columns and operating on them
