linked CDS/Protein scrolling buggy for Ensembl->Uniprot CDS view

      Description

      For a CDS/Unprot product alignment view (import Ensembl gene, view Uniprot cross-refs), manipulating the protein horizontal scroll bar doesn't trigger repositioning of the CDS view. Noticed when reporting JAL-2145. Perhaps due to same underlying issue ?
