      Description

      Noticed some long tooltips that fail to wrap, at:
      - Web Service | Alignment | Run Muscle with Presets | Large Alignments
      - Web Service | Secondary Structure Prediction | Change RNAAlifold Settings
      in fact you see raw html in the latter case
