Allow access to full alignment from JPred4 sequence profile search

Jpred4 (http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jpred) provides both the trimmed and full width query-hit multiple sequence alignment, but Jalview's JPred client currently only returns the trimmed profile, which excludes inserted regions to the query sequence.

In advance of a full-featured JPred4 client being built, the existing Jpred client should be patched to retrieve the full-width MSA directly from the site after the SOAP web service job status indicates the results are ready.
