Features file including '<' not correctly recognised

      Description

      Create a feature called "Score < 4" on examples/uniref50.fa.
      Export and save features file as Jalview format.
      Reload alignment and load features file (from menu or by drag and drop).
      Error parsing file - added to alignment as Pfam.

      This doesn't affect 2.9.0b2, it is related to recent changes to IdentifyFile.
