Description
To reproduce:
1. Import an alignment and enable AACon (LANDGRAF or SHENKIN is good to see difference).
2. Select several sequences in the alignment and use CTRL-Click drag to insert 4-5 gaps in the group.
3. As soon as you release the ctrl-click-drag Immediatly ctrl-click-drag back the gapped region a few columns
The greyed out AACon calculation rows will become black again as soon as Step 3 is completed.
4. Use shift-click-drag to slide a residue to left/right, but return it to the same position before releasing the drag.
Jalview will fire off another AACon calculation (because it doesn't detect that the alignment didn't actually change) - however this time, you will see the AACon annotation rows will have been updated to the correct conservation scores for the alignment (rather than those for the alignment after Step 2 was finished).
