Broken help TOC link for 'Select columns by annotation'

      Description

      Help contents has three links to 'Select Column by Annotation'.
      Two (in What's New, and top level item after Fetching Sequences) are ok.
      The one nested under Alignment Annotations has the wrong link ref so doesn't display.
