Retrieval of sequence annotation and cross-references from diverse sources

Jalview traditionally focused on retrieving sequence and annotation data from databases and DAS sources. However, there are many diverse sources of data that Jalview users might want to integrate on the alignment, and UI and code needs to be changed to support them.
