Make PDB Search and Structure Chooser Interface layout smarter

Currently, the Table column width rendering for PDB Search and Structure Chooser Interface is fixed. Geoff requested that it should be made smarter i.e:
  - PDB Id column should be given a fixed width
  - Title column width should be relatively larger than others
  - Resolution and other quality measure should have smaller width than the name and taxonomy fields
  - The table should resize intelligently
