      Description

      Symptom noticed by Geoff when demonstrating Ensembl variants on protein but can be reproduced thus:
      - fetch P30149 from Uniprot, perform JNet prediction
      - check the resulting alignment has the same set of (Uniprot) features
      - manually create a new feature on the original sequence
      - it is not added to the feature settings in the JPred alignment
