Show recent files in 'Save as' dialog

When working with lots of project files, its useful to be able to find out which was the last project you were working on, so you can save or update it. However, when saving a project, Jalview doesn't even show the recent files list.

It should be possible to access the recent file list, and when a project is saved, its path should be added to the recent file list for convenience.
