Bind Jalview to Chimera model when opening an mmCIF file

The Chimera reply to 'open <file>' command is different between PDB and mmCIF files.
As a result the code fails to parse out the structure's Chimera model number and make the binding to the Jalview name. Need to fix this and/or check for relevant updates to the original Cytoscape code.
