Servlet jars missing from InstallAnywhere NextRelease build

      Description

      Configure Chimera as structure viewer in preferences.
      Open Java Console.
      Fetch example Uniprot sequence, view structure. Chimera opens but stays blank.
      Console has NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/http/HttpServletResponse

      Looks like servlet-api-3.1.jar needs added to Jalview.iap_xml

      Curious that no-one seems to have reported it.
