Export features should act on the alignment sequences, not the alignment dataset

gui.AnnotationExporter exports features for the alignment dataset.
This is too many sequences in some circumstances (e.g. after 'show cross-references for' adds the product sequence to the alignment dataset).
It should instead export (visible) features for the alignment sequences.

Unclear whether this should be restricted to visible, or visible and selected, sequences (currently it is not).
