Publish JSON jars for applet

      Description

      http://www.jalview.org/examples/ has links to the Jalview and Jmol jars but not to the two JSON jars which were added to appletlib for 2.9. These links should be added (the jar files seem to be deployed to the required location already).
      Maybe the wording could be adjusted from "jars for example" to "jars for applet", as this is the only place I can find where the jars required for the applet are documented.
      The applet runs fine without the JSON jars _until_ you attempt to 'output to textbox as JSON'.
