Restrict structure chooser to discover structures using just PDB or Uniprot DBRefs or sequence name

The structure chooser should strictly discover only structures linked directly to a sequence using UniProt or PDB references added to a sequence. However, if this is unavailable then the current default behaviour of querying all references should be preserved.
