Highlight non watson-crick base pairs in RNA Helices shading and Structure Logos

Non WC base pairs are traditionally considered to be less likely in RNA structure, so when analysing an alignment in the light of some consensus RNA structure, highlighting sites where non-WC base-pairing occurs will help curators.
