Clustalx, RNA Helices, and T-Coffee scores colour schemes are not restored from BioJSON

      Description

      The aforementioned colour scheme do not have default constructors. They require an 'AnnotatedCollection' argument for construction which is why there are not being restored currently by BioJSON.

      I will add explicit checks for these colour schemes in BioJSON, and implement an appropriate construction where necessary.
