      Description

      JAL-1864 revealed a tiny can of worms regarding what is and isn't possible with the annotation sorting mechanisms as currently implemented. We need to take a close look at what organisation options Jalview needs to provide, and what help we can give to the user when they are trying to lay out annotation tracks as they would wish.
