Description
With the JAL-1643 Quaqua file chooser, I frequently find myself selecting a file in the file chooser and attempting to hit OK, only to realise that the OK button is greyed out.
In the previous file chooser, selecting a file with a different type would change the filter to that type (which allowed you to, say - select a particular filetype to save as without opening the drop down box and selecting the desired one).
Can it be made so that either the file type filter setting is modified when one clicks on a file which is not selected by the current filter setting. AT THE VERY LEAST the OK dialog box should only greyed out when the currently selected entry is not readable (e.g. it is a directory, or its permissions do not allow read access).
