      Description

      Most people do not have admin access to their work machine, and a number of institutions have inflexible and far-reaching firewall policies. We need to regularly test Jalview in this situation.

      The U.o.D library computers are probably a good example of the typical situation a user is in - is it possible to use all Jalview's functionality on these ?
