Save ongoing and complete jobs in Jalview Projects

      Description

      Jalview does not currently store any information about running jobs or any log files from completed jobs in Jalview projects.

      This is a problem when working with complex analysis web services, which may take several hours to complete a single job, and provide log files that may need to be preserved for future reference.
