Varna viewer does not deregister as a listener when closed

AppVarna calls StructureSelectionManager.addStructureViewerListener and addSelectionListener but never the corresponding remove methods. Listeners accumulate throughout the session as Varna windows are opened and closed. This will slow down broadcast processing and prevent garbage collection of Varna references.
