change "View protein structure" menu option to "3D Structure ..."

The 'View protein structure" menu item is misleading when working with an RNA sequence alignment. The dialog box will ultimately do more than just open structures for viewing (since it also allows associations to be created). Suggest the name change to better reflect current and future use.
