      Description

      JAL-1588 added support for storing a link to a session saved from a chimera instance opened by Jalview when a Jalview project is saved. It turns out Jim was asleep at the tiller, and for the 2.9 release the chimera session needs to be stored *within* the project file, so that someone can save the chimera session+ jalview project on one machine, move to another machine and open the project again.

      MC note: the changes in JAL-1588 didn't yet reach production so backwards compatibility of this issue is not required.
