Add filtering capabilities to the PDB Search Interface

It will be useful to allow similar query capabilities provided by the Structure Chooser UI to be employed on the set of retrieved records in order to apply sub-selections or find related structures (e.g. in the case of a particular ID, allow the user to locate newer, higher-quality structures or ones with different composition or conformations).
