Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. ensure that all check boxes are ticked on the Structures preferences (process structures, use RNAview to process secondary structure, add secondary structure & temp factor).
2. Desktop->File->Fetch Sequences
i. select PDB
ii. enter 4KQY in the popup menu after the PDB dialog window opens
iii. pick the 4KQY structure from the list and hit OK to import it to Jalview.
3. Right click the sequence and select the 'View Structure' option from the popup menu
No PDB id is detected for the 4KQY structure on that sequence.
