Disable 'PDB Id' field editing in preference settings

The 'PDB Id' field serves as a unique identifier for data retrieved via the new PDB rest client. Hence, it should always be present in 'Search Result' and 'Found Structure Summary' interfaces. However, it could be removed from the structure preferences, and the Configure Displayed Columns settings interface, which is undesirable.
