Novel data discovery and retrieval mechanism using PDBe Search API

The PDBe provides a very fast, efficient and restful document querying service. The service uses Apache solr (Lucene based text search engine) as its underlying technology for indexing/swift retrieval of PDB data entries.

Integrating this service to Jalview means that Jalview users will no longer need to memorise PDB accessions or any other bio-informatics accession as they can easily search for sequences or structures with any little information they have about the sequence/structure.
