refactor feature/sequence renderer to an AWT/Swing independent pipeline

In order to gain full control of the text colour/appearance of features we need to implement a more sophisticated model for rendering features over alignments. At the same time, this model needs to be portable to other rendering systems than Java/Swing/AWT - e.g. canvas, Android, etc.
