PDB viewer will not load PDB saved from Jalview Jmol File menu

Saving a PDB file from the File->Save menu and loading it back as an alignment, then viewing the associated structure results in a file open error in the structure viewer.

The path the viewer is attempting to open includes the path to the JNLP file as well as the PDB filename, so it looks like the protocol was not set in the PDBEntry reference created when the file was imported.
