Freeze the title section of the exported svg and make every other section scrollable

The exported svg should maintain a lock on the sequence titles while the sequences are made scrollable

This entails generation of two separate svg - one for the sequence titles and one for the sequence characters.

The svg for the sequence titles should be place in a non-scrollable div/iframe while the one for the sequence characters will be in a scrollable div/iframe.
