sequence fetcher doesn't fetch when retrieving structures

      Description

      1. Retrieve LGUL_HUMAN with the sequence fetcher dialog and leave the dialog open.
      2. Retrieve all structures for viewing via the 'View all x structures' menu (LGUL_HUMAN is a good test)
      3. Whilst the retrieval thread operates, hit OK to start fetching another instance of LGUL_HUMAN

      It looks like the sequence fetcher is blocking on the retrieval.
