invalid rna structure positional highlighting isn't useful

With the improved support for RNA parsing via VARNA the invalid rna position highlight seems to always point to the end of the structure line rather at the first unmatched base pair symbol. For 2.8.2 release suggest this is changed so that the whole row is shaded, since the rna consensus annotation line will ignore any invalid rows.
