      Description

      Some browser/java combinations seem to result in Jmol events not being sent to Jalview. May be a recurrence of JAL-592.

      All browsers (Firefox, developer firefox and chrome64) fail to have structure->sequence highlights.
      IE9 also fails on sequence->structure highlighting
      In all cases, colouring gets propagated.
