sequence feature settings tooltip obscures dialog box

The sequence feature settings tooltip that describes how to select/deselect regions of the alignment is very large, and on small screens can actually obscure the dialog box. The tooltip needs to be reduced in size/removed and replaced by either a context help button or menu item, and/or text labels on the dialog box to inform the user that they can select columns of the alignment by double clicking feature types.
