Unable to add JABAWS Server which doesn't pass validation

After setting up JabaWS server locally on windows, while trying to add the local server (v2.0, windows, partial set of services are functional) to the Jalview client ( from: Tools -> Preferences -> Web Services -> New service URL) If the validation test is unsuccessful, the server doesn't get added.

[added by Jim] This isn't correct - Jalview should be able to employ servers where only some of the services work - it simply excludes the faulty services from the list in the GUI.
