BioJS MSAViewer export option for Jalview Desktop

      Description

      Seb Wilzbach created a javascript MSA viewer component as part of the BioJS Google Summer of Code 2014. This provides much of the same functionality of Jalview's existing HTML export option, and could be provided as an alternate mode of HTML alignment rendering from the command line and via the Alignment window's File->Export submenu.
