popup menu won't open after retrieving sequence from database

      Description

      The following sequences cause an exception like the one below when selecting them and right-clicking to open the popup menu.

      Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 0
      at java.util.Vector.get(Vector.java:694)
      at jalview.gui.PopupMenu.<init>(PopupMenu.java:483)
      at jalview.gui.PopupMenu.<init>(PopupMenu.java:160)
      at jalview.gui.SeqPanel.doMousePressedDefineMode(SeqPanel.java:1508)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. import example sequence from uniprot
      2. select a region and right-click to open the popup menu
