export of jpred annotation of sequence region imports to different position

Steps to reproduce:
1. Perform a jpred prediction on a sequence with a start position greater than 1
2. export profile as fasta and annotation as jalview annotation
3. import fasta and annotation file, sequence will be annotated at position 1.
