Subject: .mfa File Extension
Hi,
Could you please add the mfa file extension (multiple sequence FASTA) to the list of Fasta formats (together with fa, fastq, and fasta) under the open file dialog:
File -> Input Alignment -> from File
It's quite a standard file extension and its addition would streamline opening such files in Jalview.
