Editing an existing annotation based 'use original colours' colourscheme loses original colours setting

Creating an annotation scheme that thresholds the display of an existing global colourscheme, then opening the annotation colouring panel again causes the alignment to be shaded in black rather than the original scheme.

The newly opened dialog does not have the 'use original colours' option set, but selecting this reinstates the original colours.
