Description
The JPred service predicts on the selected range of the currently visible portions of a sequence or alignment. However, Disorder predictors in v2.8 predict on the whole sequence length, regardless of visibility, etc.
The user may wish to have the option of predicting on only the selected portion of a sequence, excluding hidden regions. This capability is also necessary for replacing the legacy JPred service with the new JPred jabaws service.
