Adjusting sequence-associated shading threshold only changes one row's threshold

Steps to reproduce:

1. perform a disorder prediction for two or more seqeunces
2. Enable per-sequence colour by annotation
3. Set colouring to be above/below threshold and adjust threshold

Notice that graphlines are only adjusted for the first thresholded annotation row in the alignment view
