Epic Name:Usable autogenerated interfaces for JABAWS services in Jalview
Description
The JABAWS service parameter scheme currently distinguishes 'Parameters' from 'Options', but no further. Third party systems that autogenerate GUIs for JABAWS services would be able to generate more usable GUIs if JABAWS parameter description also included semantic groupings.
e.g. for AACons, the 19 options could be presented as a series of ordered groups:

Post-processing options:
Normalize
Finally, one or many parameters could also be automatically enabled/disabled according to conditional constrants. Keeping with the AACons model - SMERFS specific parameters should only be active if the SMERFS calculation option is enabled.
